Our program focuses on transforming lives and helping individuals overcome their addiction through various rehabilitation services. About The Life Transformation Program
The Life Transformation Program (LTP) is a Medically Assisted Therapy (MAT) detox and residential substance use disorder program specifically designed to serve the homeless population through a 6-month residential recovery model. The program will focus on the social isolation aspects of homeless drug addiction and include comprehensive pet companion care. This program will be guided by General Systems Theory (GST) as the theoretical framework which is the science that studies and emphasizes a holistic perspective on the interconnectivity of parts and how they influence and interact with each other.
